I guess DestinyForex is made by Rich Henry, the creator of Conquest System (Protraderforex.com). Both websites look like clones. Some people say it is a scam but I have no evidence to make any claims so make conclusions yourself. For example you can read about Conquest EA
here.
I had nothing but troubles with Destiny system. First I hate their "Polling Server" thing. That means that in order to work properly DestinyEA always has to connect to some remote server on the vendor's side to retrieve some information. I understand that is made for protection and "copyright stuff" but hell, why would we suffer from that? Connection to server problems caused numerous errors and failures of the expert advisor. For example it started to open a huge number of trades at the same time on one pair (without takeprofit and stoploss value) that blew away my account in minutes. I was lucky that was just a Demo. Maybe I messed up the system somehow or it works too unpredictably - I have no clue.
Take a look at my "experience":

And here is more. I was really shocked when right after purchase I got this message in the manual:
"You cannot "backtest" Destiny. This is because the actual trading logic for Destiny runs on our servers."
How on earth will I trust the system if I can't even backtest it? That makes Destiny a total blackbox for me and makes me think that this whole "server thing" was created to hide the weakness of the system on the backtest.
Also I did not like the billing terms where you have to pay every month for using the system from $53.58/mo (even if you had a losing month you still pay fixed subscription) or give 995 usd right away for a total blackbox.
In conclusion I would not say that Destiny EA is a scam because I can't say for sure what caused my failure but I can say that if you want to have some hassles - this is the right choice for you. I am out.
Update February 2009: Scam alert and scam fact confirmed. Last actions of Rich Henry showed that all his company is a group of scammers. His subscribers were offered new so called "Destiny 3.32 Expert Advisor" which in reality turned out into stoled decompiled code of popular trading robot Fapturbo, renamed by the scammers. Beware!
