Data and results policy

This page explains the calculation rules used in channel reports. It does not change the underlying verification data.

Evidence and verification

Reviews analyze public Telegram posts over a defined time window. Tested trades compare the published entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels with historical market prices. Source-post links are kept with individual rows when a canonical public Telegram link is available.

Trade outcomes

  • Win and loss are settled outcomes.
  • Entry not filled means the published entry was not reached in the available verification window.
  • Expired is a separate outcome, not another name for every time-based close. Depending on the verification mode, it can indicate an unreached target or stop, a tie at entry, incomplete coverage or an unavailable exit candle.
  • Expired and skipped signals are not losses in the public Ledger calculation.

Time exits and incomplete market coverage

For a standard signal with both TP1 and stop loss, if neither level is reached, the verifier closes at the last available candle within the requested window. A favorable close is recorded as a win, an adverse close as a loss, and a tie or unavailable exit as expired.

Special time-exit checks use a 24-hour verification window. A signal with neither TP nor SL is classified by its closing price only when the full window is covered; otherwise it remains expired. SL-only signals expire if the stop is not reached, and TP-only signals expire if the target is not reached.

The last available candle may precede the nominal end of the window when historical coverage is incomplete. An expired or unfilled result does not prove what happened during the missing part of that window.

Win rate and pips

Win rate is calculated as wins / (wins + losses), rounded down to a whole percent. Open, expired and skipped signals are excluded from the denominator.

Net pips are the programmatic sum of settled win and loss rows only. A total is shown only when every included settled row has a numeric pips result. Time-based closes use the recorded exit price rather than an unused target or stop. These figures do not model spread, commission, slippage or broker-specific execution. Pips are not presented as a USD account return.

Edited Telegram posts

A review explicitly retained under its original publication methodology keeps that publication’s trade selection and results. Missing historical edit metadata is not treated as evidence that its posts were unedited.

Primary figures exclude signals edited 1 minute or more after posting. Edits made earlier remain included. The rule applies to net pips, win rate and closed-trade counts, after editorial exclusions and adjustments.

When these edited signals account for 30% or more of all closed trades, a smaller second set of figures includes them. The threshold uses closed wins and losses, not all channel posts, and is compared without rounding. Below this threshold, only primary figures are shown.

By instrument, “Edited trades” shows the signed net pips of closed trades with these edits, not a proven increase caused by editing. Edited rows remain visible with their observed delay and unchanged outcome.

The edited-post count in Content overview counts unique source posts edited after the same one-minute threshold, including posts that are not closed trades. A post with several setups is counted once. Posts without proof of profit are result posts not linked to the corresponding verified trade; this alone does not establish a false claim.

Telegram provides the last edit time, not a complete version history. An edit timestamp does not reveal what changed. Missing or invalid edit evidence is not treated as proof that a post was never edited: affected primary figures or post counts remain unavailable. The secondary statistics require a known edit history and the threshold above.

Partial data

Filters, outcome totals and instrument aggregates use the complete available trade collection. Until all endpoint-backed pages have loaded, the report shows an incomplete-data state instead of presenting partial rows as final totals. Snapshot-only previews remain limited to their saved version and never fetch the latest public article data.
